The current actualization of the IP-GIPT can be taken from DAS = Date of Actualization of Web Side. Pages no longer available in the internet will be stored in the archives and can be ordered for expense allowance.

Concept regarding contentThe internet publication has provided a new type of publication with the following correspondences and differences:
 

• IP-GIPT contains relatively consistent parts and thus represents a book
• IP-GIPT contains relatively current parts and thus represents a newspaper
• IP-GIPT contains parts having the character of a publication ind a periodical and thus represent a periodical
• IP-GIPT contains parts, which are partly consistent and partly got actualized and changed (like a newly edited, reworked traditional publication).

From the fact, that consistent, current and mixed information can be included in one publication, results the necessity to clearly define the date of actualization on each page. The information thus should include the date of the last actualization: DAS = Date of Actualization of Web Side. A page of the puplication is unambiguouly defined by the telecommunicative address (WEB) https://.... and the added specification (page, key word) and the date of actualization (DAS). The date of actualization only considers substancial changes. Irrelevant changes are e.g. changes of size, colour, background, sequence and minor corrections.

Publication elsewhere is no fundamental obstacle to be admited to IP-GIPT. If the paper is published elsewhere similarly, in parts or more detailed, this will have to be mentioned with the application. Problems of copyright naturally have to be solved by the applicant.

The copyright lies with the SGIPT (so far the office) and with the authors, i.e. the SGIPT and so far the office of the SGIPT like the authors holds the right to reproduce the published articles elsewhere, e.g. as part of a book, on different data carriers or in other languages.

Controversial issues first are addressed so the advisors. If nobody is available the applications for publication being contriversial with the editors can be passed on anonymously to an independent expert for assessment. The criteria are above all competence, neutrality (minimizing conflicts of interests, bias and prejudice by holding a certain position) and the relation of goal and means.  Expert assessment may ve charged with the expense allowance.

We conceive the IP-GIPT to be a long-term scientific and artistic multimedia creation. The central and main content is the general and integrative psychotherapy and all basis, assisting and side disciplines.
For arts, music and literature, especially in relation with psyche we set up a gallery, which we supplement and improve continuously.
To us science doesn't only consist of reason, logic, experiment withe the main purpose to find lawfulness and regularity, but science is also determined by our practical work with the unique individual person and her/his circumstances of life.
It is the basis of the general and integratice concept to include without prejudice the whole spectrum of knowledge, information, practical knwoledge and know-how from science and life experience.
Basically almost everything can be published as long as can be put in context withe the general and integrative concept. Authors who clearly identify with the general and integrative idea are prefered. For the basic attitude see:

Of course a formal socialization is planned supplementing, modifying and substituting the preliminary regulations.

Practical contributions are og high value. The relevance of practical publications basically can not only be judged by scientists. In all matters of practical importance thus practically experienced advisors are more important than those only having scientific experience and have to be included in all discussion and decision processes. They can also be appointed at once for a specific problem.

The editing contract regulates the acceptance, the rejection, the assessment, the form, the content and the period of publications in the IP-GIPT.

The editing boars consists of the editors, who are competent and responsible for a certain field of work. If there several editors in one filed of work, one of them may be appointed to be mainly responsible ("editor-in-chief"). Editors have to be part of the network and need a functioning e-mail (for being reachable and for inspection). Editors are free with their arrangements regards content; they themselves are legally responsible especially concerning press laws and copyright. The editing boards decides about giving space with editor in chief holding the right of veto (at the moment it is the office of the SGIPT, until a society is founded with corresponding regulations).
Generally only as much space can be taken as can paid for.

Scientific advisors are of special importance for scientific issues and problems and therefore will be involved in those matters. They can be appointed ad hoc for a problem. So far the following scientific advisors have been won:

The rest and rescue category is concepzualied for quetions and problems which cannot be integrated otherwise, e.g. dispute, commission of arbitration and mediation.
